Instant Booking option is subject to artist availability. Please review our Unavailable Dates list below before completing the form.

By proceeding with Instant Booking, you understand that the Lead Stylist(s) will be assigned to you based upon team availability. If your preferred artist is not available, you agree to proceed with the booking with any available artist assigned to you by the NWS Team.

The $250 initial Retainer payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. By completing the Instant Booking form and making this payment, you agree to these terms.

Once the Instant Booking form has been completed & submitted, the NWS Team will send a contract + invoice via email within 2 business days to finalize the wedding day services booking. Please check your spam folder regularly until you receive this email. If you do not complete a signed contract and pay the remainder of the Retainer due, your booking will not be confirmed, and the initial $250 Retainer payment will not be refunded.
